It considers how different Guardians of the Poor implemented the Act and explores reasons for the variation between the unions when applying the 1834 Act.<\/p>\n<h3>About the speaker<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/kfhs.uk\/files\/images\/2026_news\/Oliver_Asks_For_More.jpg\" alt=\"Oliver Asks For More 1911\" width=\"438\" height=\"485\" \/>Kevin Field is retired and lives in Folkestone.
